Jeff Holden
Director & Head of Structural Biology Vilya Therapeutics
Jeff Holden is Director and Head of Protein Sciences and Structural Biology at Vilya, where he leads efforts to advance innovative protein-based therapeutics through the integration of structural biology, protein engineering, and drug discovery. Prior to joining Vilya, he served as Senior Scientist at Graphite Bio, supporting the development of genome editing technologies. Jeff spent more than five years at Genentech, where he worked at the intersection of structural biology, biochemistry, and computational biology, developing novel approaches for peptide and macrocycle design. Throughout his career, he has applied cutting-edge structural and computational methods to accelerate therapeutic innovation.
