- Structure of the IRAK4:KT-474:CRBN/DDB1 ternary complex resolved at near-atomic resolution by cryoEM defines a novel protein–protein interface and reveals key stabilizing features which also plays a part in the ternary complexes between CRBN and other neo-substrates
- Using experimental and computational methods, we elucidated the source of negative cooperatively of KT-474 and the role of degrader geometry and linker flexibility in ternary complex cooperatively
